All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in Shenzhen. As the goods will be heavy, we arranged for sea express delivery, taking into account both speed and cost-effectiveness.
We dispatch within 48 working hours (pre-sale items excluded) unless in the case of a force majeure. Shipping time varies according to different countries and regions. Generally speaking, it would take 25 - 30 days.

Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A: We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Q: Can I change the delivery address or cancel my order after it has been shipped out?
